To install FaxNow! Server
1. Insert the FaxNow! CD into the computers CD-ROM drive.
2. If the FaxNow! installer does not start automatically then it can
be started by running the LAUNCH.EXE program in root directory of the FaxNow! CD.
3. Click the Install FaxNow! option, the FaxNow! installation
procedure will then guide you through the rest of the installation procedure.
Once the FaxNow! server is installed the FaxNow! User Admin application
should be used to add FaxNow! users, this needs to be completed before it is possible
to install a FaxNow! Client.
To install a FaxNow! Client
1. From the Client PC use Explorer to either map a network drive or browse to the FaxNow! Programs directory used during the installation.
2. Run the SETUP.EXE program. The FaxNow! Client installation will then guide you through
the rest of the installation.
If more detailed information is required on the installation procedure please refer to the
FaxNow! Quick Start Guide and Manual which can be found on the CD using the CD Browser.

We hope that you will find FaxNow! intuitive and easy to use,
however, if you have an issue or question regarding your software,
here are is a guide to getting help:
Read the Books On Line.
This may seem a little obvious but you'd be surprised how many users are
not used to reading. The Books On Line and have been written in plain
English so we hope you'll find it easy to read and informative.
Context Sensitive Help
Virtually everything you need to know is provided in a context sensitive
help file available with your software. Simply press F1 on an item and
receive instant help.
World Wide Web
For the latest product information, press, reviews and support information
visit http://www.RedRock.co.uk. You'll find the latest tips and troubleshooting
information that will help you to solve your issue. Even if you cant find
the answer you're looking for, you can email the RedRock
helpdesk directly and know that they will have your message within seconds.
E-mail
You can email RedRock helpdesk directly from the FaxNow!
web site or your can send a message directly from your own email system
to info@redrock.co.uk. Your message will be sent directly to someone
who can help you, but please allow a little time for us to answer your
question. As a guide, we will try to reply to issues within an hour of
receipt (between 9am - 5pm UK standard time).
Fax
You can fax the RedRock helpdesk directly by Fax. Faxes are
forwarded directly to the helpdesk administrator on receipt via our
network email system. Like email, we will try to reply to all faxes within
an hour of receipt (between 9am - 5pm UK standard time).
Telephone
FaxNow! telephone support is available to FaxNow!
registered users only. Registered users can call the helpdesk for help
with their issue if they cannot find an answer in one of the methods
listed above.
We will endeavor to assist you with your issue, however, during busy periods
you may be asked to hold or leave details of your issue with a helpdesk
administrator. Calls and other issues raised by any of the methods above will
be dealt with in the order they are received. Premium support customers will
be given priority in all circumstances.
